BRIDE'S CAKE AND GROOM'S CAKE
TERMS OF CONTRACT

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact the reception hall and set up a time of delivery.  If a wedding date or the information changes please notify MS. LAURA'S CAKES at the first possible moment.

I require a (NON-REFUNDABLE) Down payment of $50.00 when the order is placed to hold the date. This $50.00 will be deducted from your cake total. Total Payment must be received no later than 3 weeks prior to the wedding date. (To make sure the check clears) CASH ONLY IF PAID AFTER THE THREE WEEK PERIOD. A wedding cake will not be baked until full payment has been made. 

If a wedding cake is canceled 60 days or more before the wedding a refund of what you have paid minus the $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be given to you. If you cancel 3 weeks or less prior to the due date you will receive NO REFUND.... Because I have already begun making flowers, buying ingredients and working my schedule around your wedding date. Other orders may have been turned down to accommodate your wedding.

A security deposit on set-up materials is required according to their retail value. (This is separate from the $50.00 cake deposit.)  This deposit is refundable when all items are returned cleaned and undamaged within 48 hours of the wedding date.  

Unwashed returned parts will have $10.00 deducted from the deposit.

Set-up materials kept longer than 48 hours past the wedding date will have a $3.00 per day charge deducted from the deposit.

Broken or damaged items will be charged for and deducted from deposit at current retail value.  Otherwise the security deposit will be refunded when all conditions above have been met.

I have read and agree to all the terms of this contract.
